FeelGoodNow believes that your health information belongs to you, so we put you in control. We know you want to feel comfortable researching health conditions, or sharing with other community members and practitioners. Here's how we keep your data safe and private:
- We only get information about you that you voluntarily give us.
- Personally identifiable information you provide (name, email or home address, etc.) will never be disclosed to anyone.
- We will never sell your data to any third party, including marketers.
- We do not store information about your searches.
- You choose who you share your information with, and you can change your choices at any time.
- You might choose to share information with practitioners on FeelGoodNow. Their participation here requires them to follow the same strict privacy policies that we follow.
- You choose the user name that shows when you post to a community discussion.
- The FeelGoodNow.com site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. FeelGoodNow employs strict security measures to safeguard online transactions; personal information is stored in a secured database, and always sent only via an encrypted Internet channel.
- FeelGoodNow may store certain information about traffic on the site, to help us make our community more useful for you, but only in an aggregated – not personally-identifiable – form.
FeelGoodNow Inc.'s collection and use of information is used only for the following:
- Online Visitor Statistics: non-identifying information is collected for internal analysis and to improve our service.
- User profiles: name, email, birth date. We collect this to verify that you are a real person over the age of twelve, and to stay in touch with you in ways you choose, including sending you a newsletter if you choose to receive it.
- Professional profiles (basic): name, email, address, phone number. We collect all of this to provide our users with the information necessary to search for and contact you or your business.
- Professional profiles (enhanced/preferred): name, email, address, phone number, billing information. We collect billing information so that you can pay for additional services that you choose to receive.
We will never sell information about you, and we will never disclose information about you except as required by law.
We only share your information in the following limited situations: to financial entities regarding financial transaction issues; to entities, including law enforcement, as required by law or in legal proceedings; to contractors and other entities to fulfill your orders for product or service; or with your consent, as in when you post information or questions to a chat room.
There are limited exceptions to our assurances of confidentiality.
- United States law requires that any suspicion of risk of child abuse be reported to child welfare authorities or law enforcement authorities. If FeelGoodNow Inc., or a FeelGoodNow.com registered practitioner, believes that a child is at risk of being abused, has already been abused, or that someone who previously abused children is still a threat, we have no choice but to immediately make every effort possible to report it to social services agencies and/or the police.
- Most United States courts have the power to subpoena our records and a practitioner’s records if you are involved in a court case in which your relationship with FeelGoodNow Inc., or a FeelGoodNow.com practitioner is somehow relevant. Although this may be rare, if you have any questions, it is better to contact your lawyer prior to disclosing any information you may deem private.

If a visitor requests pages from FeelGoodNow Inc., the FeelGoodNow Inc. servers enter the visitor's IP address into a log. To maintain visitor anonymity, FeelGoodNow Inc. does not associate IP addresses with records containing personal information. However, FeelGoodNow Inc. will use IP addresses to identify any visitors who refuse to comply with FeelGoodNow Inc. in-house rules or terms and conditions, and to identify visitors who threaten our service, site, customers or others.
